My recent stay at this hotel in New York City was a great experience. The hotel's free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel via air train station was a huge convenience for us. It made our arrival and departure hassle-free. The location of the hotel was perfect for us as we wanted to stay near the airport. The hotel was easily accessible and located close to many restaurants and shops. The quality of the hotel was top-notch. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the linens were soft and fresh. The amenities provided in the room were excellent, including a flat-screen TV, a mini-fridge, and a coffee maker. The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming. They were always available to assist us with any queries or requests we had. The hospitality provided by the staff was exceptional, and it made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay near the airport. Wow and they are free This hotel is the JFK best deal !!! Want sth more? Put up your budget for the international branded, maybe a double-up on the price tag?

Very convenient to JFK—free shuttle to/from airport (AirTrain Federal Circle station). Free parking (we had a rental car for a day). It’s not a new building, but reasonably well maintained. Staff was very helpful.

Hello friends, I am very satisfied with the choice of the hotel. The room is clean and equipped at the required level. The bed is very comfortable, sheets and towels are clean. I had all the bathroom necessities. The staff is kind, nice and polite. The hotel's short distance to JFK airport is excellent and important for a long connecting flight. The hotel met all my expectations of it. The value for the price paid is excellent. I recommend the hotel with all my heart. Thank you very much and have a wonderful day!

The check in and check out process was very good. The only bad experience was when we were picked up at JFK. The driver was not very helpful and was literally throwing our suitcases in hard. Had to remind him to be a little gentle. He parked and left us in the parking lot to bring our luggages in. Far cry from the one who brought us back to the airport. He was more than eager to please and very helpful with the luggages and all.
